Kevin Conlin - What is taking place at Sravasti Abbey is truly amazing! Venerable Chodron’s vision is VAST – a Buddhist monastic community in the west, for training monks and nuns in order for the Dharma to flourish here... and to develop deep compassion for all living beings. I am delighted to support her vision, to attune my heart and mind to the seeds of love and compassion present in each one of us, and to celebrate the watering of those seeds at Sravasti Abbey.

Cheryl Gipson - It is difficult for me to put into words the profound importance of the Abbey. It takes time and the appropriate circumstances to develop a fully renounced mind, and so it is extremely important to help provide the right environment for practice. We are blessed by the lineage of monks and nuns of the past 2500 years who sustained the Dharma through great effort. Our support of the Abbey community ensures that the Dharma will continue to benefit others as "long as space endures, and for as long as living beings remain" (Shantideva).

Dianne Pratt - As I have been involved in Sravasti Abbey since it began, I have been witnessing the influence the monastics have had on all who visit the Abbey. The kindness, compassion, and ethical living those at the Abbey demonstrate have had a profound effect on me.
Experiencing the power the monastics and residents have on the environment, visitors, and on each other is a powerful experience that informs my motivation to help the Abbey to grow in whatever way I can. This country, and by extension this world, is in such need for all the Abbey has to offer, I am thankful I can support Sravasti Abbey.

Tanya Lasuk - Here at Sravasti Abbey are very gentle, joyful people who seriously apply the Gradual Path of the Six Perfections. Truly, in this world of swirling chaos it's an island of peace.
Venerable Thubten Tarpa - The vision of the Abbey is far-reaching and has the potential to benefit so many living beings. To contribute towards peace and harmony in this way is the most meaningful of endeavors. Thank you for making this dependent arising possible.
Tracy Morgan - Those new to monastic life need a conducive environment where they can train, practice and observe vows. Without the Sangha, Buddhism cannot flourish here; by participating we have the opportunity to see something very pure unfold before our very eyes!

Marcus Kiesner - May it become reality that for many sentient beings it is, in a short and in a long run, an opportunity to live a monastic life and to practice the Dharma sincerely for the welfare of all sentient beings.
Deborah Cox - May I set innumerable sentient beings on the path. Bless me into usefulness.
Alec Sloman - In America the afflictions have become a way of life! Whether it's our dissatisfaction-based economy, our addiction to war, or the dangerous delusions we buy into by watching TV, all these are rooted in the basic personal experiences of attachment, aversion and ignorance. It seems like unless we untangle the knot in our hearts, we have no real chance of untangling anything else at all!
That's why my hope is that Sravasti Abbey will be able to produce the sort of people that can show that there's another way to live. We aren't doomed to self-destruction. We have the potential to live together harmoniously, to share with one another, and to work through our differences with love, compassion and wisdom. That's why I believe in Sravasti Abbey. That's why I choose to support it.

Jordan, Upel and Pema - We rejoice in the blossoming success of Sravasti Abbey. The establishment of a training center and community in America for ordained Sangha is essential to the survival of the Dharma, and our shared world.

Jodi Gulka - May the aspiration to build Gotami House be swiftly fulfilled in order to stabilize the dharma for the long-term benefit of western practitioners.
May all the 21 Taras and the 8 Medicine Buddhas bless infinitely all monastics and lay residents who dwell within the mandala of Sravasti Abbey.
May all donors, practitioners, and all those who pass through Sravasti Abbey's doors attain enlightenment quickly.
Especially may White Tara abide with and watch over Ven. Thubten Chodron, granting her long life and the fulfillment of all her practices, aspirations, visions, and efforts to benefit others. We are truly blessed to have Ven. Chodron teaching in the westwith such great loving-kindness and dedication to improving our future.
Kelly Lerner - Thanks for the opportunity to be a part of building a loving community in the Inland Northwest!
Bob Wilson - The Dharma is a priceless gift to the world. I celebrate the opportunity to support Srvasti Abbey. May countless beings benefit from all of our collective generosity. May all beings develop their Buddha potential.
